Enquiries sent through this website
If you send an enquiry, we store your name, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in, your message, your email address and any photos you attach. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the work you ask about. They are kept in a secure database run by Cloudflare and are also emailed to us. We use them because you asked us to get in touch, and to run our business. We delete enquiries when we no longer need them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by calling 07423 129067.
The form message is passed to an email delivery service (Web3Forms) so that it reaches us by email. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Reviews left on this website
If you leave a review, we store the name you type in and the text of your review. We use them only to show your review on this website once it has been checked, and we do not ask for or store your email address or phone number.
Your review is kept in a secure database run by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also runs a short "are you a person" check on the form to stop spam, which may use technical details from your browser. We are also sent an email to let us know a review is waiting to be checked.
We keep reviews for as long as we show them. To have yours removed, call 07423 129067 or use the contact page.
Call and WhatsApp buttons
We count how many times the Call and WhatsApp buttons are pressed and on which page. We do not record who pressed them. If you phone or message us, we will of course see your number, as with any call or message.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The "are you a person" check from Cloudflare on our forms may use technical details from your browser to tell people from spam.
Google reviews
If you choose to leave a review on Google, that is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by this website.
Your rights
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. To do that, call 07423 129067 or use the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
